• Computer Repair: Hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair assistance
• Programming Services: Custom software solutions, scripting, and technical programming support
• Technical Support: Remote and on-site computer assistance

Services may be provided remotely or on-site, depending on the nature of the service requested and availability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• All information you provide is accurate and complete

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Service Fees

Pricing for our services varies depending on the type and complexity of work required. We will provide a quote or estimate before beginning work. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods
• For larger projects, we may require a deposit or installment payments
• Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1 By Customer

You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

6.2 By WiseCleaner

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

• Technician unavailability due to emergencies
• Severe weather conditions
• Equipment or resource limitations

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at your convenience.

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Data Backup: Back up all important data before service. We are not responsible for data loss during service
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete information about your computer issues
• Access: Provide necessary access to your computer system, including passwords when required
• Legal Software: Ensure all software on your system is properly licensed
• Safe Environment: Provide a safe working environment for on-site services
• Payment: Pay for services in accordance with the agreed terms
• Cooperation: Cooperate with our technicians and follow their instructions

8. Service Warranties and Limitations

8.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 7 days of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

8.2 No Data Recovery Guarantee

While we take precautions to protect your data, we cannot guarantee against data loss. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important files.

8.3 Hardware Limitations

We cannot warrant the condition or longevity of hardware components. Older or damaged hardware may fail regardless of our service quality.

8.4 Third-Party Software

We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party software, operating systems, or services beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or delays
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service in question
• Issues arising from customer negligence or failure to follow instructions
• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the customer
• Data loss if adequate backups were not maintained

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Our Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WiseCleaner and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10.2 Custom Programming Work

For custom programming services:

• You retain ownership of your original data and content
• Ownership of custom code will be specified in a separate agreement
• We retain the right to use general programming techniques and knowledge

We respect the confidentiality of your information and will:

• Keep your personal and business information confidential
• Not disclose your information to third parties without consent (except as required by law)

• Return or destroy confidential information upon service completion if requested

If you have a dispute with WiseCleaner, please contact us first to attempt an informal resolution. We are committed to addressing customer concerns fairly and promptly.

15.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Oregon, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

16. Force Majeure

WiseCleaner shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
• Acts of war or terrorism
• Government actions or regulations
• Labor disputes or strikes
• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Pandemics or public health emergencies

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and WiseCleaner regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

19. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

20. Assignment
